Hello, I am looking for someone that is willing to move into the apartment on my parent’s property. The apartment is roughly 1600 ft. with one large bedroom with walk in closet one office a kitchen and bath and a den. What I am looking for someone that will help take care of my mother who has dementia. She has issues with incontinence and wears depends during the day. My father is about to turn 70 it is not in a position to continue to care for her full-time. The ideal situation would be a couple with one person working outside of the home and one person that would be home to help with my mom and dad. In exchange for you helping with my parents your rent of the apartment will be free with all utilities included. My dad has been handling caring for her for the last five years but at this point need some help. My mom is former military and in good Physical health currently. Her challenges with dementia mean that she needs help knowing where the bathroom is and what’s going on from day to day. Someone that can spend some time with her during the day to give my dad a break and help her with bathing and showering would be a huge help. We would ask that you help with laundry and help keep the house clean for them. If you were interested in this opportunity please email me why do you think he would be a good fit.
