Pink Cactus is a traditional Mexican restaurant with a focus on the region of Oaxaca. We make all of our masa for our tortillas and focus on the seven classic mole sauces known to Oaxaca. Pink Cactus is looking to find someone that is excited about learning new techniques in cooking and need not have experience with this type of cuisine specifically before. Candidate preferred to have proficiency with food costing, ordering, controlling labor costs and managing a team. Serious candidates need only apply. Salary based on experience.
