Local restaurant group is looking for chefs. Kitchen management experience is a must. Duties include ordering and inventory control, being responsible for all food prepped and served, hiring and training kitchen staff, scheduling, keeping a clean kitchen, safe work environment, and following proper Dhec procedures.
