Dashi recently opened its brick and mortar restaurant in North Charleston after 4 years as a food truck. Specializing in Asian and Latin cuisines, Dashi is open Wednesday-Sunday. All hourly employees, including BOH employees share pooled tips.
We are in need of Qualified Line Cooks. Some experience is required for this position, however, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn all about the kitchen and the hard work that goes into running one.
