New restaurant on upper Meeting Street seeks FOH manager to be part of exciting new venture with profit sharing opportunity. We are reopening soon for inside dining under the latest Covid-19 guidelines and will be doing all that we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers. We're seeking an energetic manager to run our front of house operation. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating/participating in daily Front of the House operations
Organizing and supervising shifts
Appraising FOH staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Overseeing operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste
Promoting the brand in the local community
Training FOH employees
Requirements:
Proven work experience in FOH management or similar role
Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
Familiarity with restaurant management POS software, like TouchBistro or similar
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Financial management skills
Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling a plus.
