Dashi recently opened its brick and mortar restaurant in North Charleston after 4 years as a food truck. Specializing in Asian & Latin cuisines, Dashi is open Wednesday-Sunday. All hourly employees, including BOH employees share pooled tips.
We are looking for the following qualified candidates:
Prep Cooks - With limited restaurant space, we are looking for prep cooks who are able to prep late night/early morning without much direction. Experience is required, chain restaurant experience will not be considered.
FOH Manager: We are looking for an experienced FOH Manager focused on evenings and events. This person should also be trained in BOH and available for Sunday Brunch.
