Let's taco bout some facts -
- Fact 1: Pretty much every restaurant in charleston, err, in the country, is hiring.
- ergo if you are both great + humble only a fool would pass up the opportunity to work with you.
We're not fools.
- Fact 2: You would be happiest picking the place that hits your financial and moral / emotional goals.
- Don't settle. There are hundreds of restaurants in Charleston and at least fifty great ones. The right restaurant and position are out there for you.
- Fact 3: It starts at the top.
- If you want to know what values a restaurant has, look no further then the ownership. Is the restaurant really going to care about sourcing if it's owner doesn't?
So five facts about me -
1. I am that person that will hang on to a cup / apple core until i find a recycling / compost bin.
2. My values evolve, but the core beliefs are consistent.
3. I am proud of my former colleagues who now operate incredible businesses of their own.
4. I want excellence, out of myself and our restaurants.
5. I want us to help you reach your goals.
It doesn't matter if you are a cook or a rook, front of house, kitchen, prep or dish, if we share the same values, if you exude positive energy, let's make magic happen.
