PM Dishwasher

AM Line Cook

PM Line Cook

The Line Cook will assist in the preparation of food in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. The Line Cook must prepare food of consistent quality following recipe, production and portion standards. In addition, this individual will assist in keeping the buffet stocked and cover, date, and store all food not being used.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience preferably for a fine dining restaurant or hotel. This job requires knowledge of equipment to include deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer and slicer. A culinary degree is preferred.
