Ventuno, an acclaimed Italian restaurant, is hiring experienced cooks for seasonal and year round positions. We are looking to fill garde manger, sauté, grill, and lead line cook positions.
Our family of restaurants is located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod. It's beautiful, and the entire coastline is made up of sandy beaches. It was rated one of the best islands in the world by National Geographic.
We make everything from scratch, and we use the island's bounty to source as much of our food as possible. We have our own small farm, where you can work with ingredients from seed to plate.

We offer competitive wages based on experience. Bonuses are granted contingent on performance.
