Minero, serving the best hand crafted, authentic tacos in Charleston, is hiring Line Cooks! You will play an active role in the day-to-day operations while helping us to achieve our culinary vision.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of cooking experience preferred in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
What we expect from you:
Passion for food and the ability to follow recipes and guidelines
Professional work ethic and attention to detail
Knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards
Great communication skills are a plus
