Blossom restaurant in downtown Charleston has immediate openings for PM line cooks. Located on East Bay Street in downtown Charleston you will be in the heart of the city serving fresh seafood among other items all prepared in a scratch kitchen. We are looking for motivated hard working individuals to round out our team of professionals. Previous experience in upscale, or high volume is preferred as well as current culinary students, and others who are open to learning and training. Requirements for this job are as follows: Punctuality, reliable transportation of your own to get to and from work (either personal or mass transit), ability to lift 50lbs, positive work ethic, and a willingness to listen, learn and take direction. Competitive full time pay is being offered for those that are hired as well as health insurance after 90 days full time employment.
