We have an immediate opportunity for both a full time Restaurant Manager as well as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Manager will lead the restaurant staff by managing the day to day responsibilities in the Swamp Fox Restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager with hiring and training new restaurant staff, scheduling for proper coverage in the restaurant, assisting with restaurant guest issues, and assuring the smooth operation of all restaurant functions including the restaurant, room service, and the lounge.
Management experience in a fine dining restaurant is required for both jobs. Bartender experience is a must. Hotel restaurant experience is preferred. This job involves standing, lifting and bending during the majority of the shift. Applicants must be willing to work a flexible work schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
