We have an immediate opening for a customer service representative in a busy Health Insurance office. Previous phone and customer experience is a must; excellent communication skills and attention to details are necessary for this position. Responsibilities include calling prospective clients, answering client phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, handling correspondence from clients and some light social media work. The position is part time/ full time.
