We are seeking a qualified receptionist that will be greeting our clients, assisting with organizing and running multiple doctors schedules, answering multiple phone lines, scanning and appropriately distributing paperwork, providing accurate client education, and contributing ideas for the growth and success of our practice. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have an outgoing personality, some experience in the veterinary field, a basic knowledge of veterinary pharmaceuticals, and a willingness to learn.
