Grounds maintenance needed for large private estates and farms (250-500 ac). Experience on large tractors and mowers a plus. Duties include lawn/ pasture maintenance including mowing, trimming, fertilizing; road maintenance including grading, improving and building of new roads; drainage including culverts, buried pipe etc. In addition to maintenance we construct new estates. Knowledge of heavy equipment, site work, plumbing/ piping, and associated mechanical skills is helpful. Applicant must be comfortable around livestock and large machinery. Pay DOE; inexperienced helpers to start at $15/hr and experienced personnel can expect to be paid up to $35/hr.
