Charleston-based company with multiple entities has an immediate need for an in-house corporate attorney with a minimum of five years of legal experience. This position will provide advice to the owners on various legal issues impacting the company and will perform a wide range of corporate duties. The ideal candidate will have some level of experience in real estate transactions, business litigation, and consumer bankruptcy. Candidates must be licensed attorneys in South Carolina and/or another state.
The right person for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate setting.
