FULL-TIME Administrative assistant/Closing Coordinator needed for The Lisa Richart-Hernandez Team of View Properties Real Estate.

-Excellent computer skills are a must.

-Must be highly organized and customer service oriented.

-A real estate license is not needed, but would be a plus.

-Experience with Excel, Canva, Photoshop, and other software a plus.

-Marketing and social media experience Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and others a PLUS.

-Writing or BLOG experience a plus.

This person is responsible for coordination of closing transaction from contract to close, scheduling closings, making sure paperwork is turned, in, filled out, etc. this person is responsible for posting new listings, open houses, videos and more to social media and advertising locations. Coordination of all print materials and much more. Accounts payable and receivable for bank owned clients.

Pay is base pay ($12-15 per hour based on experience) plus closing bonuses with no cap- 1% of sales price of sale, for example we sell on average of $18,000,000 per year in real estate your bonus would be an additional $18,000. No benefits are available. Paid vacation and holidays. Payroll is processed weekly through ADP direct deposit. Work from View Properties home office located in Mount Pleasant Ravens Run neighborhood.
