The

Management and Program Specialist 1 candidate will be part of a larger team providing support to the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Clinical Infrastructure Modernization (CIM) Integrated Product Team (IPT). The team provides Health Information Technology engineering support in the areas of Information Technology (IT) service designs, system engineering, systems administration, enterprise network, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure modernization, IT systems, systems deployment and integration, as well as Information Assurance (IA) and system support services supporting all of the Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements
Must have knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFARS, OPM requirements, and other business related regulations with three (3) years of direct work experience with the use of information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data to support three (3) of the following:
  • Requirements analysis
  • Knowledge analysis
  • Project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs involving OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E funding
  • Development of contract schedules
  • Out year planning and POM budgets
  • Compliance and program planning

Education
High School diploma or GED

Certifications
Must comply with DoD 8570.01-M certification requirements for the position having achieved and maintained one of the follow certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP

Citizenship

Clearance
Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one.
