At Brakes 4 Less, we are passionate about cars and know brakes! We perform thousands of quality brake jobs per month for less money than any other brake store in town! Our locations span across six different states, and we are still growing! We buy our quality brake parts directly from the manufacturer and pass the savings on directly to our customers. Our mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and Brakes 4 Less is a company that prides itself on customer relations, reliability, and service. We stand behind our work, quality parts and workmanship is important to us and our customers!

Work Hours
This is a full-time position
Responsibilities
Test drive cars and set cars safely on the car rack
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose and estimate the cost of repairs and maintenance
Remove wheels, flip calipers, inspect brakes, and measure rotors
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency while following company standards and guidelines
Follow safety rules and regulations
Communicate directly with the Automotive Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Record and document services performed accurately and all hours worked
Request necessary parts needed for maintenance and repair
Participate in required training
Other duties as assigned
What you bring to Brakes 4 Less
Passionate about cars
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License and own transportation
Computer proficiency
Customer service experience with the ability to converse and connect with customers
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Works well with different personalities in the work-place and a strong communicator
Knowledge of brake components and/or desire to learn
