Looking for clean cut service Plumber for a Full-time position.
We are a small shop with a good reputation (which needs to be maintained) in the Charleston/ Mt. Pleasant area. This is a good opportunity to work as a plumber in a relaxed atmosphere. We don't overbook or expect you to do any hard selling as we concentrate on small repairs and drain cleaning. No shop politics. No drama. Our objective is to just get the jobs done properly and cleanly the first time and move on to the next one. Most of the time you will be working with another experienced mechanic so that the jobs get done quickly, easily and efficiently.
Ability to read, comprehend and write properly a must. Clean driving record is very important (you will be driving a small box truck everyday). Keeping a clean jobsite and organized truck is a necessity. Also you should be used to dealing with customers in a polite professional manner. No "cell phone addicts"or smokers please. You can expect to be drug tested. Your location is important for day to day operations. (We meet every day in Mt. Pleasant) Please include where you live in response. You will be paid hourly (every two weeks). Not commission based.
This ad is for an experienced man who has ran his own service truck for at least 2 years after completing some sort of plumbing apprenticeship where you were taught do do things the right way. If you have plumbing experience and are interested but don't meet this criteria that is ok. Please answer the ad if you are interested and tell me what experience you do have. Just be honest. Maybe we can make something work.
