Allstate Crane Rental is in need of a Dispatcher with DOT permit experience required.
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephone
Coordinate cranes w/ tractor trailers for hauling counterweights & materials
Coordinate repairs and PM services with shop
Keep dispatch operations records current
Maintain accurate files for DOT regulations and insurance compliance
Assist in other activities/duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
DOT permit experience (mandatory).
MINIMUM 5 YEARS in trucking and dispatch functions
Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to maintain files
Attention to details of dispatch and accounting
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
Must be able to work 40 hours a week (with overtime as needed) and perform other related duties as required
Health/Life/Dental/Vision Insurances available after sixty (60) days.
401K option and paid vacation offered after one (1) year.
Drug test required upon acceptance of this position.
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
