This Columbia, South Carolina Bilingual Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.Your responsibilities in this role-Assist with benefits related questions for Bilingual ( Spanish and English) customersField and send written business correspondence

Manage and place incoming telephone calls

May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements

-Fluent in Spanish and English, This position is BILINGUAL -Excellent oral and written communications skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

Microsoft Office knowledge required

Practical knowledge of Welfare Benefits

Acoustical Ceilings experience

General familiarity with benefits coordination

Experience with Call Center Customer Service

Expertise in Spanish Translation

Adeptness in customer service

Demonstrated knowledge of Resolve Customer Service

Solid understanding of Spanish Language

Deep understanding of call centers

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Excellent problem-solving skills
