The Data, Privacy & Ethics team under the Products & Technology division integrates privacy, ethics, & accessibility into PwC digital products and service accelerators by writing policies, providing guidance, & establishing standards. As a Senior Manager on the Data Governance team, you will manage the efforts of teams that are building guidance systems for data use, operating data & technology governance processes, & updating data policies based on business need and strategy changes.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeAdditional Educational Requirements :Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.Minimum Years of Experience :6 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Master DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in driving internal data governance programs across a business emphasizing:Possessing clear communication of program design, development and progress at appropriate levels for the intended audience;

Displaying proven written and verbal communication skills;

Demonstrating knowledge of data governance principles and industry best practices;

Demonstrating prioritization of actions to achieve stated business and strategic goals;

Managing independently changing workloads and optimization of task management;

Demonstrating knowledge of key strategic decisions made by leadership team and aligning program strategy around these decisions;

Leveraging technology and tools that enable data sharing, including Microsoft Purview and Jira;

Providing coaching and real-time development opportunities to junior team members;

Demonstrating knowledge in transformation efforts, through developing, managing, coordinating, implementing and executing project plans;

Working collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities which requires self-motivation, discipline, organization, and attention to detail; and,

Possessing techniques for identification of risks and dependencies as well as project management techniques to oversee, proactively lead and/or support workstreams.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:Applying industry standard methodologies and tools to develop and proactively manage data governance policy and standards development;

Identifying risks, gaps and dependencies and recommend solutions;

Possessing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals;

Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff;

Reporting results and facilitating problem resolution;

Building and maintaining relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization; and,

Committing to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading practices and holding team members accountable for doing the same.
