Job summary:Title: Help Desk Support Location: Columbia, SC, United States Length and terms: Long term - W2 Only Position created on 11/03/2021 03:06 pm Job description: no c2c Full time with benefits (https://msysinc.com/benefits/) or long term hourly contract W2 only; Onsite Interview : Skype/Phone.Assists Service Integration with the s etup, configuration, management, and diagnostics/troubleshooting for web/virtual conferencing (Teams, WebEx, and Zoom) meetings/conferences by agency program areas, hardware/software testing and management of IT assets, Footprints issue tracking tickets . Follows prescribed processes and procedures and provides information to Management to assist in process improvement. Diagnoses, isolates, configured, setup, and resolves web/virtual conference solution (Teams, WebEx, and Zoom) issues and some hardware/software problems while performing problem resolution with support of Service Integration staff.
