This commitment to excellence has helped spur our success and put us on track to surpass record-breaking year-over-year growth in the coming years.Job Description – What You'll Be DoingThe Reliability Engineer is responsible for analyzing system performance metrics to identify changes required to ensure optimum system availability and reliability. The Reliability Engineer works closely with the infrastructure staff to improve system and systems performance and reliability. Must be able use his/her technical background to investigate issues using a structured problem solving approach to determine true root cause and develop effective corrective and preventative actions. Must be able to be able to find true root cause and path forward for complex problems. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive and condition-based monitoring maintenance programs to ensure optimum system availability and reliability. Conduct root cause analysis of repetitive problems and investigate system failures to determine the maintenance approach required for the particular situation considering the advantages/impact of costs of alternatives for developing action plans for system up/down time.The Experience You'll Need BS degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline 2 or more years professional experience required in engineering, facilities or operations.Technical requirements:Evolent allows employees to work remotely for many of our positions. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
