Seeking Groundskeepers, Make Ready/Turn Techs and Maintenance Techs
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License required
Reliable transportation required
Willing to submit to a background check
A/C , EPA or HVAC certification required for:
(Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Supervisors)
The ability to safely lift 60 pounds
Successful candidates will have working knowledge in the following areas, but not limited to:
Plumbing
Electrical
Painting
Make ready turns
Maintenance of grounds
Residential Service Requests
On call and after hours emergency service requests
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent customer service.
