Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
The Planer Mill Stacker Operator is responsible for stacking and organizing lumber as it exits the planer. This position plays a key role in maintaining product flow and ensuring lumber is properly sorted and staged for further processing or shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely stack lumber coming off the planer line.
Inspect boards for quality, defects, and proper sizing.
Maintain a consistent work pace to keep up with production flow.
Assist with machine cleanup and maintenance as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual labor.
Attention to detail to ensure correct stacking and sorting.
Previous mill or lumber experience preferred but not required.
Team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.
