Small independent long serving minority owned Auto Body Shop located here in Columbia is looking to hire a person as an assistant in helping with many day to day activities of the business. We are a family business looking for a person with whom it would be a good fit. The ideal person will have very good computer skills, very organized, good communication skills, good follow through abilities, and a quick learner. Person must want to learn the auto body business as well as be able to grasp the technical side of the auto body business. An example of duties would be learning and doing estimates on vehicles, ordering parts for cars, tracking and ordering shop supplies, customer communications, as well as other general shop duties. This position is not for a body tech but more of an assisting in day to day shop activities. Persons applying for this position will need to have: Good driver licence background, no major criminal history meaning felonies, good transportation, able to pass drug test and have a presentable appearance. Pay will vary depending on actual experience. Successful person after probation period after being hired will
