The following skills are required:
Three years Office Assistance experience in the Construction industry, or Associates Degree plus two years of experience
Strong Finance/Accounting
Strong Customer Service
Strong Organizational
Critical Thinker, Multi-tasker, detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
Valid Drivers License and the ability/willingness to drive for company business
Proficient use of office equipment
Office Assistance duties:
Assist the team with various daily assignments
Help maintain a clean office/workplace environment
Answer phones/ greet customers
Finalize and deliver bids and proposals
Maintain office equipment, coordinate repairs as needed
Project Assistance duties:
Assist project teams daily
Multi-task between 3-6 projects, with varying scopes of work and Team
Set up projects according to Company policies, providing all required documentation
Prepare Contractor, Subcontractor, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Reports,
Generate project billing estimate and collect purchase orders, subcontracts, W-9, Insurance and Bond Certificates
Process Pay Request and receiving documents
Receive, track, retain project records for each Construction Project
Initiate, coordinate and process Project Closeout Documents
