This expanding client is seeking a Technical Development Manager to perform the following functions:
Develop value added recyclable polymer products aligned with division strategy.
Perform technology development, lab practices and product formulations
Provide problem resolution requiring analysis of multiple components
Analyze and improve product and process improvements
Work with sales and manufacturing as needed to develop customer relations and process optimization
Develop new formulations
Plan and direct activities for multiple operations programs or projects
Review non-disclosure agreements
Technical support to EPA creation and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS/ MS Polymer or Chemistry
7 years of product development / formulation for polymer, rubber or plastic products
Experience working with Production and Sales teams
Working with customers to meet their needs
Maintaining professional lab standards and procedures
