Home Care Agency seeking a Staffing Coordinator for its operations located in Marion, SC.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the primary responsibility for the position is to successfully and methodically assign qualified personnel to client cases.
In addition, the individual shall maintain and update staffing schedules using current home care systems, serve as liaison for field employees and clients, handle telephone inquiries, providing information as necessary, process and maintain daily reports as required by Branch Administrator and/or Office Manager and facilitate the new hire process for interested applicants.
