Title: Business Process

analyst

Location: Fort Mill, SC,

Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Work closely with the operational team supporting Watson content management and collaborate with content subject matter experts and end users to optimize processes and content and workflows
• Development of new content and optimization of existing content.
• Rigorously test the design of existing and new content.
• Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality of any usage expansion.
• Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents.
• Identifying issues and risks within the content.
