SPECIALTY SERVICE PROFESSIONAL
Do you enjoy freedom and flexibility, establishing relationships, helping others, solving problems, and tackling new challenges? As a Specialty Service Professional, you help protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted rodents and wildlife, along with creating a healthy and safe environment in the home’s crawlspace using state-of-the-art technology. We're looking for someone independent, confident, and customer-oriented, with outstanding time management skills and a positive attitude. We are also looking for someone who has experience working with their hands in one of the following industries: carpentry/woodwork, construction, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and of course any previous experience in rodent exclusion or moisture work.

Working in the professional pest management industry is so much more than controlling pest problems. It's also building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You don't need any prior experience (although it des help) - we have comprehensive training programs that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well.
A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required.
What can you expect during training?
Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 3-4 weeks. Training includes:
Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics
Correct rodent and wildlife control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring
Rodent, wildlife, and moisture identification
Product and label knowledge
Effective communication skills
Customer service training
Route management
Time management
