AT&T and Directv sales and promotions company in area seeking EXPERIENCED Sales Manager. We are looking for a someone to grow our office. Must have 2 year Sales Management experience.
Scope of work:
Prospecting new hires
Training and developing staff both in and out of the field
Assist in the facilitation of goal setting
Coaching
Motivating staff
Performance evaluation of staff
Reporting
Training new hires
Responsible for overall department sales performance
Direct Sales Experience will be considered first.
