NVW is an intermediate level of care program for those who require an immediate intervention and intensive treatment. Our programs specialize in treating struggles associated with adoption, trauma, anxiety and addiction. We currently serve preteens, teens, young adults, and families in three locations: the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin and the majestic mountains of Oregon, right outside of Bend, and outside of Franklin, NC in the Nantahala National Forest. NVW is part of a growing, national family of programs (preteen-young adult, residential, transitional, intensive, etc.) with the same particular focus.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Director at New Vision Wilderness East (Franklin/Asheville, NC), will be responsible for the development of a start-up location from the ground up while overseeing all clinical treatment including the management of the clinical team in the program. The Clinical Director is a key member of the leadership team and will represent with the treatment team (students, parents, residential, adventure therapy, admissions, canines, etc.) to fulfill Calos core purpose of profoundly changing lives and creating joy. The Clinical Director will prioritize high quality training and implementation of the Calo Treatment model (CASA), treatment interventions (brain spotting, DDP, Sensory, etc.) as well as the engagement and delivery of services. This position requires a natural customer is king and hospitality mentality in order to meet the needs of referents, parents, employees, and students in an evolving market. More so than a clinician, the Clinical Director must be a leader with superb management skills and experience.
Job Requirements:
Masters Degree and State Licensure Required
Must be at least 21+ years of age
Minimum of five years experience working with clients in applicable setting preferred
Excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and must be creative with excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
Must hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record
