Fast paced fine dining / upscale restaurant is seeking a restaurant manager, with potential growth to general manager. Our establishment focuses on excellent cuisine, unique beverage program, unpretentious hospitality, teamwork, and a dedication to 100% excellence.
Looking for a candidate who can possesses the following qualities:
- Recent restaurant management experience in a fine dining / upscale atmosphere
- Extremely comfortable engaging with guests, knowing & recognizing regulars
- Focus on increasing / generating overall sales
- Maintain the level of quality our guests have come to expect from our
cuisine, service & hospitality
- Well versed in sales & execution of group dining / bqt events
- Troubleshooting a variety of situations w/ guests, staff & otherwise
- Monitor cost percentages, profitability, inventory, labor & beverage costs
- Consistent training of new and current staff
- Write a schedule based on forecasted sales
- Knowledge of wine and overall beverage programs
- Knowledge & passion for cuisine
- Microsoft office, and restaurant POS systems
- Oversee & manage maintenance of the physical property
- Approximately 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
Compensation is competitive, and based on experience.
