FULL TIME Grounds Keeper/Maintenance (Greenville)

Local Manufactured Home Communities currently looking to fill our Grounds Keeper/ Maintenance position for our Greenville, SC area. This position is full time with competitive pay!
Requirements for the position:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have own truck
- Must be able to multi-task
- Knowledge of basic tools and lawn equipment AND maintenance
- Must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions
- Must be a team player
- Must be punctual
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Lawn maintenance of communities
-Garbage pick up and disposal throughout communities
-Trimming, edging, cutting, and general landscaping
-Blowing leaves/debris and clean up
-Clearing and cleaning vacant homes and lots
-Minor mobile home repairs (paint, skirting, cleaning, flooring)
-Improving community and home appearance
-Assisting management in daily inspections of communities
-Assisting management in enforcing community rules and regulations
