Spencer Pest Services is a growing, family-oriented pest management company in Greenville servicing the Upstate looking for individuals wanting not just a job but a place to learn, grow, and develop a career that helps people. Working in professional pest management is so much more than controlling pest problems. It's also building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You don't need any prior experience - we have comprehensive training programs that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well. Service Professionals conduct inspections, correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting and monitoring, and communicate regularly with office personnel and the sales team to ensure top quality customer service.
In addition to regular pest management services, we are looking for that special person skilled to perform specialty services that include exclusion and crawl space work.
A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required.
Career opportunities for Service Professionals start at $40,000 per year with benefits including vacation pay, holiday pay, 401K, and profit sharing. Company vehicle, uniforms, and cell phone are provided.
