Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning is currently seeking a Marketing/Lead generation manager. Your primary responsibility is to manage our relationship with our Fortune 500 customer. Duties include:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with store managers and associates
2. The hiring and training of in store lead generators
3. The ability to generate a lead in a retail setting.
4. Staffing and working special events
5. Providing training for store associates
6. Design and implement creative marketing ideas to facilitate lead generation.
We believe the best candidate to be outgoing and creative with outstanding computer skills. Previous lead generation or direct sales experience is beneficial. This position has a relatively flexible schedule and hours. Weekend days and some evening work is required. Extensive background check and drug screening required.
Salary will be commensurate with experience within a range of $24K -$40K per year. Health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, life insurance and IRA is available as well as a company car for business travel.
