Maintenance Tech wanted for a 43-unit luxury apartment building in Downtown Anderson. Applicant must have basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry. Hours are flexible but will be between 10 and 20 hours a week. Certifications in these skills and other skills related to apartment maintenance will increase compensation.
