Sales Person needed to sell on Saturdays and Sundays at the Barnyard Flea Market, and one day a week with me at the office. Must have your own reliable transportation. I would prefer someone with Sales Experience. Such as Car Sales/Door to Door/or Mattress Sales. The rest of the week you can work from home. Checking emails and doing some customer support calls. This should only take 2 hrs per day throughout the week. Some days could require less, some days could require more. Pay would be a Draw plus commission. You would be guaranteed a draw of $2000 a month, but you could easily triple that with commissions and bonuses.
The type of selling I expect is rather aggressive. It would involve standing on the 2 weekend days. Befriending people and asking to show them a demo. It would also involve helping previous customers with questions, and balancing that with sales. We are currently on the waiting list for a store there. Until then you will have to transport the product, and a couple Led TVs and set up a table. And protecting the inventory from theft. At the Flea Market it gets HOT in the summer, and Cold in the winter. The table and store are under cover from rain, but still is affected by the temperature. Once we get our store then very little will need to be transported with your vehicle.
I am looking for a Sales Manager. I need someone to Manage the customer questions and support. And really take ownership of this responsibility.
This will be a contract position. You will get a 1099 and will handle your own taxes as you see fit. I will not be micro managing your time throughout the week. As long as all the customers are being taken care of and reasonable sales are being made, I will be satisfied.
