Local builder is expanding and in need of experienced, carpenters, roofers, siding installers. Temporary or full-time work is available immediately. Also looking for assistant crew leaders.
-Must be experienced and be able to work without constant supervision.
-Must be in good physical condition
(Must be able to climb ladder, scaffolding, carry lumber or bundles of shingles)
-Jobs are usually located within 1 hr of Clemson.
-Includes new Construction, remodeling, and repair work.
- Residential and light commercial.
- Must have transportation. Persons with a truck or trailer can earn extra money if desired by using it on the job.
- Basic tools of the job are required.
- Great opportunity for additional on the job training and advancement
- We pay every Friday by direct deposit and do not hold back a week
- Additional trade skills that are necessary for remodeling and addition work may also be considered such as concrete work, electrical, plumbing or commercial roofing, etc.
- Consideration will be given for OSHA training or other trade certifications.
The builder places a great emphasis on positive attitudes and the ability to get along with others and this is expected on all jobs and crews.
A high level of safety is required on all job sites by all employees.
