Job Requirements
Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and responding
ON CALL FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY MORNING & Doing a Property Check up Sat & Sunday morning.
Close adherence to all safety requirements and proper use of appropriate PPE
Must be able to work both independently and in a team-based environment
Ability to ensure all adherence to company / customer standards for preventative maintenance and repair procedures
Provide all necessary documentation and paperwork to company and customers accurately in timely manner.
Candidate Requirements
The qualified candidate must be experienced working on Residential properties.
