You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will establish and implement a complete quality control program that identifies potential and actual problems and oversee team involvement with corrective actions. You will ensure the quality control program ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality. You will apply your expertise and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical quality control issues. In addition, you will provide matrix leadership to a lead a team of Quality Engineers, Analysts and Quality Eng Techs that apply expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree, or 10 years’ experience without a degree
5+ years’ experience as a people leader in Engineering, Operations or Quality
Due to contractual agreements, all applicants must be US Citizens

Experience in leadership role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Some experience of leading technical teams
Knowledge of quality assurance standards
Experience implementing Quality Management systems
Six Sigma Greenbelt desired
