In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and light accounting duties, and be able to handle a variety of tasks such as entering accounts payables invoices, receivables, supporting the Purchasing Dept. and clerical duties) which will require accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, decisive, and a good problem solver. We are looking to hire an individual who:
Possesses a good understanding of accounting principles (prior accounting/ bookkeeping experience is required)
Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Quick Books
Has excellent attention to detail, and is able to follow tasks through to completion
Loves to expand their knowledge, and is not afraid of change, learning new things and taking on new tasks
Will be a pleasant and positive first impression for any visitors to our office
Is able to work thoroughly and independently, getting things done in a professional manner

Experience:
administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
