The Customer Service/Graphics Project Manager provides exceptional sales and service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services in person, on the phone, and via the internet. In addition, he or she promotes the company's full array of products and services and will develop, implement, and continuously engage in sound strategies to meet stated business goals in terms of customer satisfaction and sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the graphics industry in printing or signs and at least two years of sales and customer service history. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in printing, signs, or the graphic industry would move you towards the top of the list. The ability to multi task and attention to detail are essential qualities.

> Interacts with customers by phone or in person to provide information about products and services, take orders, or document complaints

> Initiates trusting business sales relationships and cultivates referrals

> Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up procedures

> Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions

> Meets or exceeds all service and sales targets

> Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule

> Manages multiple large projects simultaneously across multiple clients to ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables

> Performs other duties as assigned

> Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
