The Ideal Candidate will have a passion for ensuring a memorable experience for every guest, and support our team in the successful execution of the restaurant's daily operations. They must also be a hands-on, quick-stepped, energetic and an enthusiastic leader; who will ensure the highest levels of quality, guest satisfaction, service and food. The applicant must have the proven ability to energetically manage individuals and teams.
Requirements:
Servsafe Certified in Restaurant Management(preferred)
1-3 years of management experience in a full service, high volume environment
A passion for leading and motivating employees
A passion for hospitality and an enthusiasm for making guests feel welcome
What we expect from you:
Assist in the hiring and development of new employees and terminating when necessary
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to all current health standards
Understand and adhere to set budgets made and agreed upon by owners and operating partners
Hold staff accountable to expected results and provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product ordering, product quality and cleanliness.
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
Complete annual evaluations on employees to update them on their progress as an employee with our company
Attend weekly management meetings to go over budgets, any changes to procedures, staffing status, and any other problems or progress within the restaurant.
