Michael Anthony's Cucina Italiana, located on the south end, is seeking a full-time line/prep chef with fine dining experience. The successful applicant must possess a minimum of two years experience working in a fine dining kitchen environment and a certificate/degree in the culinary arts is preferred. Must be a team player and speak fluent English. Only culinary career-oriented applicants need apply. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines, basic computer skills and bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
