Window Film company is seeking a full-time experienced Quickbooks Bookkeeper Office Manager

Immediate opening for the job, start as soon as possible. Compensation based on experience (minimum 5 years accounting Quickbooks experience required). You will be responsible for all accounting; payables, receivables and payroll. Service industry scheduling experience preferred but not required. Other duties may include processing warranties, answering the telephone, checking voicemails, scanning, filing paperwork, and organizing, etc.

Candidate must possess;

- Computer skills, quick typing, and be proficient in the use of Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word comfortably.

- Must have customer service experience.

- Must be clean and neatly dressed.

- Must have great communication skills

- Must be able to multitask
