Looking to affiliate with Inspection Services that are performing Occupancy Verification, Interior Inspections, Loss Draft and other types of inspections. Sub-Contractors needed in (HILTON HEAD and SURROUNDING COUNTIES )
Looking for experienced and dependable Field Inspectors to perform various types of inspections; including verifying occupancy, reporting property conditions, insurance loss draftsetc. Inspections must be performed by due dates and submitted per Client requests.
Must have reliable transportation, smart phone with App ability, camera and GPS. Requires the use of InspectorADE and EZ Inspections - two third-party apps in the field. Also need ability to print and scan documents.
Must have or acquire Aspen Grove Background Check.
